The SecureFlorida Portal allows foreign principals from countries of concern to register properties as required by Section 692.203, Florida Statutes

Section 692.203, Florida Statutes requires foreign principals to register property interests owned before July 1, 2023, by December 30, 2023. A foreign principal that fails to timely file a registration with the department is subject to a civil penalty of $1,000 for each day the registration is late. Entities and property owners can register a property through the SecureFlorida portal.

To submit Form COM-73C-60, Foreign Principal Real Property Registration Form, please email the completed registration form to Securefloridaregistration@commerce.fl.gov.
