Rajesh Bansal, CFA®: Mr. Bansal is a Co-Founder and President of Quiq Capital. He also serves as a portfolio manager for CMBS/CRE investments. Prior to joining Quiq Capital, Mr. Bansal was a Portfolio Manager of Structured Products (CMBS/CRE) at DoubleLine Group managing various commercial real estate investment mandates. Prior to DoubleLine, Rajesh was Senior Director at TIAA/Nuveen focusing on credit analysis and portfolio management on behalf of insurance and total-return mandates. Prior to TIAA/Nuveen, Rajesh worked in similar roles at White Mountains Advisors, Bloomberg, and NewOak Capital. Mr. Bansal holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. He is a CFA® charterholder.
