Bio
Jane Rivers is a Vice President and CMBS credit analyst in the Fixed Income division of T. Rowe Price. Since 2015 Jane has been responsible for underwriting new investments and surveillance for a $6 billion CMBS portfolio. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Jane was a Research Analyst in the High Income unit of Fidelity Investments where she focused on high yield real estate debt investments for 11 years. She was previously an acquisitions analyst at the former AMB Property Corporation, an industrial REIT that merged with Prologis. Jane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Stanford University. Additionally, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute.
